CSA Apprenticeships – boosting your credit, collections, compliance, counter fraud, and debt advice capability

Credit Services Association (CSA) is the only UK trade body for the collections and debt purchase industry with more than 250 member companies, employing approximately 11,000 people.

We have extensive experience in developing and delivering Learning & Development solutions designed to increase capability, professionalism, standards, talent retention, and social mobility in this heavily regulated and complex sector.

In 2017, CSA (Services) Ltd became an Approved Apprenticeship Training Provider (you can find us on the Register ofApprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP)) and we are also now an accredited centre for Functional Skills Assessment and were a ‘gateway organisation’ for the Government’s Kickstart Scheme.

Our aim is to use our specialist expertise in regulatory compliance, risk, and debt and advice services to enable employers large and small from the public and private sectors to up-skill or re-skill existing or new employees in these business-critical areas for enhanced organisational performance and social value.

Our apprenticeships team, which combines training, coaching, and assessment excellence, has a track record of delivering tangible organisational and learner outcomes for more than 80 employers (including 40 Local Authorities), over 90% of whom would recommend us (according to CSA apprenticeship evaluation feedback carried out in 2021).

The blended learning programmes, which we offer both digitally and face-to-face to 200+ apprentices, build career pathways in roles including:
