Conduct CSA Services is committed to ensuring that all delegates and other participants at the event, regardless of their gender, ethnic or national origin, race, religion, belief, disability, age, sex or sexual orientation, experience an event that is free of any discrimination, harassment or intimidation. Discrimination, harassment and intimidation of any form is not appropriate behaviour and will not be tolerated. Unacceptable behaviour includes using words or images of an offensive, discriminatory, disruptive or sexual nature during the event and/or in any social media (such as X or Facebook) connected with or referring to the event. CSA Services will take immediate action to stop any inappropriate behaviour (which may include asking a delegate or other participant to leave the event). Delegates who encounter or witness any such behaviour should contact a member of our event staff as soon as possible. CSA Services will take reports of any such behaviour seriously and will take any action it deems necessary and appropriate in response. Competition Law All CSA meetings and events must be conducted in accordance with competition law. You are reminded that there should be no discussion of any commercially sensitive business information including but not limited to pricing, profit margins, terms of business, use of suppliers, market share, company sales and costs or commercial planning or strategy information. Failure to comply with competition law may have serious consequences for individuals and companies including significant fines, director disqualification and even criminal sanctions. |
