CSA confirms line-up for new 2020 Conference with focus on driving cultural change
21 January 2020
The final list of speakers and presentations for the Credit Services Association’s inaugural People Development Conference next month (4 Fenruary 2020) have been confirmed, with an emphasis not just on training, developing and upskilling staff, but also driving cultural change within businesses to support a more productive, compliant, and contented working environment.
Fiona Macaskill, the CSA’s Head of Learning & Development, will lead an event covering topics such as the positive psychology of leadership and how investing in the mental health and wellbeing of staff delivers improved business performance.
“This conference will of course cover apprenticeships and the training available to support an individual’s career development,” Fiona says, “but it is also aimed at senior executives beyond the L&D, training or HR function to show them how embedding behavioural change is the key to unlocking enhanced wellbeing which in turn unlocks business potential.”
Guest speakers include one of the UK’s top motivational speakers, Brad Burton, Danielle Bacon from Investors in People, Kathy Heath from Gen.Healthy Minds, and Beth Orford from Efficient Frontiers International.
The conference is being held at the Cloth Hall Court in Leeds on Tuesday February 4th – full details can be found below.
