The CSA will be hosting its first Learning and Development Conference on 4 February 2020.
To be held at Cloth Hall Court in Leeds, the event will focus on championing people development and promoting collections as a credible career path in Financial Services. As an award-winning provider of professional qualifications and apprenticeships we want to host a new event which will enhance the reputation of the industry by promoting its commitment to well trained and skilled people.
The event will serve a diverse range of job roles across (and outside of) the sector attracting in-house collection teams, Senior Managers, L&D professionals/Training Managers as well as current CSA apprentices and their employers. It will assist in helping delegates gain further knowledge and insight on industry-related qualifications, developments and changes.
The programme will offer a host of expert speakers across a number of disciplines to help attendees upskill and develop further in their roles.
The programme will offer three separate streams of content to attendees:
- Apprenticeships and Professional Development
- Wellbeing and Mental Health in the Workplace
Championing people development is a major priority for the CSA and businesses in the sector to ensure they build, enhance and embrace the right cultures.
