UK Credit & Collections Conference 2022 - Save the date

We are delighted to announce that the date for the UK Credit & Collections Conference (UKCCC) 2022 has been confirmed as Thursday 15 September. This year, the event will take place in a new venue at Radisson Blu Hotel Manchester Airport. 

The conference programme has been streamlined to focus on the key business challenges of 'effective operations', 'regulation and policy', and 'new business innovation' with new thinking to help firms operate at the highest standards while putting your people and customers first, building long term resilience and sustainability.

The main morning and afternoon plenary sessions will feature expert speakers and industry regulators and will provide thought-provoking insight into key issues such as the FCA’s ‘Consumer Duty’ and the cost of living challenge.

Following a successful face-to-face conference in 2021, we are looking forward to welcoming you back in person to our flagship event which will include an exhibition and ample networking opportunities, and we will also have news about our CSA Awards & Dinner soon.
