Winners announced for the 2025 CSA Awards

The winners of the 2025 CSA Awards, which is hosted as part of the trade body’s annual conference – the UK Credit and Collections Conference (UKCCC) In association with Data on Demand - have been announced following a live event held at Radisson Blu Manchester
Airport, on Thursday 11 September.
The 2025 Awards celebrated the outstanding work and commitment of staff and teams within its membership organisations. The awards enable employers to celebrate the versatility, commitment and innovation of individual staff members, teams, and departments.
ARC Europe picked up the CSA Team Award and the Business Innovation Award – recognising high levels of creativity, adaptability, and inventiveness - was awarded to Cabot Financial.
Focusing upon the importance of training and development within firms, the Kim MacMillan Award recognises outstanding apprentices, team leaders, or a team of learning and development practitioners who have given an outstanding contribution
to Learning and Development in their company. Resolvecall’s Corey Best took home the top prize in this category.
New awards for 2025, Best Use of Technology recognised outstanding achievement by an individual, team or company in the innovative, effective, and impactful integration of technology within a project, product, or service. Inicio AI picked up this new award on the night with the judges being impressed with its customer supporting attributes through the use of technology.
There were also awards for CSA Members’ performances in the Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI) - an online test assessing debt collectors’ knowledge and scope of understanding of compliance - awarded to companies who achieved the
highest rates of distinctions scores (over 90%) in their tests over the previous 12 months.
The CAI Award for companies with fewer than 100 collectors saw first place going to CCI Credit Management Limited, with Opos Limited in second and Top Service Limited in third.
For firms with more than 100 collectors, Moorcroft Debt Recovery Ltd took home the first-place award, with Link Financial Outsourcing in second place and PRA Group in third.
Commenting on the Awards, CSA CEO Chris Leslie said: “The popularity of the CSA Awards continues to grow year-on-year, and as the trade association for the debt collection and purchase industry, it is amazing to read about the achievements and the hard
work that our members have demonstrated over the past 12 months.
“Thank you to everyone who took the time to submit an entry and congratulations to all the winners.”
The evening also saw the presentation of Lifetime Achievement Award go to Sean Feast.
Sean became the CSA's resident PR representative in 2001 continuing until December 2021. During these 20 years, Sean managed the Association’s public relations, which also involved helping to guide the industry through a number of crises. Until retirement,
Sean had been Managing Editor of the CICM's Credit Management magazine for 17 years and approaching 40 years as a journalist and PR professional, Sean is also an author of more than 20 books on World War Two aviation.
Peter Wallwork, former CEO of the Credit Services Association, was awarded CSA honorary membership. Peter guided the Association through a period of significant change, including the transfer of regulatory powers to the Financial Conduct Authority
and successfully supporting members through the authorisation process. Peter stepped down as CEO in 2020, following a successful ten years at the helm of the Association’s executive office.
DeafPLUS, a charity that supports the deaf community to avoid financial scams, improve financial literacy and supports those vulnerable to financial abuse, was the official charity partner of the event.
