Data on Demand announced as UKCCC 2025 headline sponsor

12 December 2024

The Credit Services Association’s (CSA) 2025 UK Credit & Collections Conference (UKCCC) will be held at the Radisson Blu Manchester Airport, a popular conference venue for the sector due to its excellent transport links and five-star service.

And for the second year in a row, Data on Demand, provider of alternative data solutions to consumer debt collection companies and developer of database and software solutions, have been announced as headline sponsor of the flagship annual event for the collections and debt purchase sector, set to be held on Thursday 11 September.

The UKCCC brings together professionals from across the collections and wider credit industry to discuss the most pressing issues faced by firms, their customers, and stakeholders.

CSA Head of Sales & Business Engagement Mark Buckley said: “This year’s UKCCC conference will be a must-attend for anyone working in the UK’s collections and debt purchase sector, with the latest intel on regulation and compliance and the state of the market generally.

“We are delighted that Data on Demand are back to support the event again as headline sponsor for 2025.”

Commenting on the partnership, Stuart Murgatroyd, CEO of Data on Demand said: “We are proud to be the headline sponsor for the 2025 UK Credit & Collections Conference. Following a great event in 2024 and continued growth for our business in the Collections & Debt Purchase sector, it was an easy decision to repeat our commitment to our customers and to fostering relationships within the CSA community. We are excited to be supporting the CSA in delivering another valuable event and contributing to meaningful discussions as we continue to help our clients deliver better customer outcomes.”

Speaking at the 2024 event, Russell Hamblin-Boone, CEO at CIVEA commented: “The CSA have become experts at putting on something that brings the industry together and really gets into the detail of some of those “nitty gritty” issues that perhaps sitting in isolation in our businesses we don’t get an opportunity to discuss.”

The UKCCC also features an exhibition showcasing the latest products and services, and concludes with the CSA Awards, where the dedication and commitment shown by firms, teams, and individuals working in our industry is recognised.

Tickets are now available to book, with further details about the agenda and CSA Awards to follow shortly.
