Winners announced for the 2022 CSA Awards

23 September 2022   (0 Comments)

The winners of the 2022 Credit Services Association (CSA) Awards which is hosted as part of the trade body’s annual conference – the UK Credit and Collections Conference - have been announced following a live event at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Manchester Airport.

The 2022 CSA Awards celebrate the outstanding work and commitment of staff and teams within its membership organisations. The awards enable employers to celebrate the versatility, commitment and innovation of individual staff members, teams/departments or even nominate themselves as a company.

Notable wins on the night were for Data on Demand who scooped the Team award, whilst Arum and Lloyds Bank’s joint entry picked up the Innovation Award. Individuals recognised on the night included Jaine Rowley from Arvato Financial Solutions, and Russell Collins from ACT Credit Management, who picked up the Merit Award and Kim MacMillan Award respectively.

The Kim MacMillan award was a new award for 2022 open to both CSA Members and non-members in honour of the late Kim Macmillan who sadly passed away earlier this year. The award commemorates Kim and her huge contribution and dedication to her learning and development work over the years.

Commenting on the Awards, CSA CEO Chris Leslie said: “Congratulations to all the winners who picked up an award on the night. These awards exist as a way for teams and individuals to feel valued, especially since they have been judged as ‘best-in-class’ by their own Trade Association and apprenticeship provider. The awards highlight the value of efforts made and can now be used to reward the professionalism of the organisation. It was great to recognise and celebrate some truly outstanding achievements.”

The Awards were presented by Paul Sinha, who is perhaps best known as “The Sinnerman” on the hugely popular ITV quiz show ‘The Chase’. Paul has also been a successful comedian for a number of years.
