The inaugural CSA Awards ceremony will be held at the CSA’s UK Credit & Collections Conference (UKCCC) on 9 September 2021. There will be three award categories to recognise exceptional
achievement since the start of 2020:
- CSA Merit Award - for individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to their company or whose performance, attitude and dedication has been to the benefit of the company, their team and to the customer.
- CSA Team Award – for departments or teams which have excelled in providing high levels of service, quality and dedication, as well as demonstrating outstanding teamwork and contributing to the wider success of their company and to
the benefit of the consumer.
- CSA Innovation Award – for companies, teams or individuals who have demonstrated high levels of creativity, adaptability and inventiveness in the face of an ever-changing environment, delivering genuine innovation for their company
with positive outcomes in areas such as improved processes, customer service, efficiency, cost-saving and use of technology.
Nominations from all CSA member and entries can be submitted via the UKCCC website up until the deadline on 12 July. The CSA Award winners will be announced at the UKCCC Gala Dinner after the conference.
Chris Leslie, the Chief Executive of the CSA hopes that these new awards will give employers the perfect opportunity to celebrate their people: “The past year has been challenging for all our members and their employees, but it has also been a time where
so many people have shown true professionalism, resilience and adaptability.
“As the CSA’s annual flagship event, UKCCC is the perfect place for our members to shine a light on the success of key individuals and teams, and the positive ways they have engaged with customers, clients, staff and wider stakeholders.”
