IIC Assessment 2018 - member feedback

In June 2018 we undertook an Investor in Customers (IIC) Assessment to help us better understand member perceptions of the role of the CSA and the services we offer. We were delighted to achieve a Silver Award in our first-ever assessment and I would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who took part.
The 2018 assessment has not only helped to strengthen the CSA’s ongoing strategy but has allowed us to address issues and concerns which will help us to continue to add value and provide the best service possible to members. As part of our ongoing commitment to this, we will be carrying out a follow-up IIC Assessment, exactly one year on. CSA members will receive an email in July inviting you to complete the 2019 assessment and we would encourage as many staff as possible in member companies to participate.
