CSA appoints New Learning and Development Director
06 December 2024
Credit Services Association (CSA), the voice of the UK debt collection and purchase industry, has appointed Harvey Watson as Learning and Development Director. A previous CSA tutor specialising in risk & compliance apprenticeships in both the public and
private sector, Harvey also spent thirty-one, high performing years, in Senior Management and Leadership with Halifax Bank.
Harvey will lead the growth and development of the CSA’s high-quality training arm, CSA Learning and will succeed Fiona Macaskill who stepped down from the role earlier this year.
Welcoming Harvey into the role, CSA CEO Chris Leslie said: “I am delighted that Harvey agreed to take on the L&D director position - his skills as an expert coach and sales manager, and an articulate, trained presenter and communicator made him the stand
out candidate. He is the ideal person to build on the progress that Fiona and the Association have made during the last number of years across the L&D side of the business, and in particular, since becoming an approved apprenticeship training provider
in 2017.”
Harvey will oversee the award-winning CSA L&D team to develop and execute the training business’s strategies. He will also implement comprehensive commercial, operational, and quality plans to facilitate achievement and report business performance to
the board of the association.
