Industry Trade Body Launches New Consumer Duty Online Training Module

The Credit Services Association (CSA), the only UK Trade Body for the Debt Collection and Purchase Industry, has today launched a new online training module on the Consumer Duty.  The CSA Consumer Duty online training module, developed by CSA Learning, offers users an interactive and accessible learning resource to assist with their understanding of the Consumer Duty and how it can be applied in their role.

Chris Leslie, CSA CEO, welcomes the new module; “Keeping teams up to date with the latest training and regulations isn’t always simple, so we’ve developed this easily accessible online module to ensure firms across our sector understand the Duty ahead of full implementation.”

This CSA Consumer Duty online training module explains to the user through a series of videos, interactive activities, and final testing questions, what the Consumer Duty rules are, why they have been introduced, how they impact upon different roles, and how to apply these rules to customer interactions.
