At the recent AGM of the Credit Services Association - the trade association for the debt collection and debt purchase industry - Sarah Whiteley, Group General Counsel & Company Secretary at Cabot Credit Management, was elected as a new board director.

Two other current CSA Board members were also re-elected to Board.

“As the trade association for the collections and debt purchase sector we elect practitioners to Board Director roles each year, so it is welcome news that Sarah is able to join Frank, Joanne and our other existing Board members. Our Board has a strong breadth of skills, represents the full range of member firms, and will equip the CSA to champion the issues facing our member firms for the future.”
