UK Credit & Collections Conference 2021 - save the date!

We are delighted to announce that the date for the UK Credit & Collections Conference (UKCCC) 2021 has been confirmed as Thursday 9 September and it will be held in the form of a physical, face-to-face event (subject to the removal of remaining restrictions in the summer).

The conference programme has been streamlined to focus on key business issues of 'effective operations', 'regulation and policy', and 'new business innovation' with the aim of helping firms to navigate the challenging times ahead in the post-Covid environment. Expert speakers will provide thought-provoking insight into how to operate to the highest standards while putting your people and customers first with a view to building long term resilience and sustainability.

Following a successful conference in 2019 we will be returning to the Crowne Plaza in our hometown of Newcastle after having to cancel the event last year due to the Covid pandemic. We are looking forward to welcoming you back in person to our flagship event which will include an exhibition and ample networking opportunities, and we will also have news about our CSA Awards & Dinner soon.
