FCA begins sharing videos aimed at consumer credit firms

The FCA has published the first in a planned series of videos aimed at helping consumer credit firms understand what they are required to do and what the FCA’s expectations are of them. 

This first video looks at the fair treatment of customers and is available here. The FCA states that future videos will be published here.
