CSA Media Response Group

At the end of 2017 the Association and a number of members came under the spotlight from the national press. Thankfully, as a result of successful communication and collaboration with all those involved, including the regulator, we avoided a story we think could have been inaccurate and detrimental to the industry’s reputation (of which we have worked hard to build over the years).
 
In an attempt to give responses to media requests as quickly and accurately as possible, the CSA would like to invite interest from members to create a CSA Media Response Group. The group will not be involved in the formal sign off process however it will aid the Association in giving a joined-up approach when answering these requests and ensure a balanced and representative view is given, which is aligned with its member companies.
