Credit Services Association’s (CSA) UK Credit & Collections Conference (UKCCC), in association with Webio, is the flagship annual event for the collections and debt purchase sector. Open to CSA members and non-members, it brings together professionals from across the collections and wider credit industry to discuss the most pressing issues faced by firms and their customers and stakeholders.
The UKCCC returned to the Radisson Blu Manchester Airport on 14 September 2023 and included a packed programme including high profile keynote presentations on future trends, and breakout sessions (sponsored by Lowell) on hot topics from Customer Focus, Regulation, Compliance & Culture, State of the Market and People, Skills & Innovation.
The event featured an interactive exhibition, showcasing the latest industry innovations, and the return of the UKCCC Gala Dinner where the CSA Awards will recognise the dedication and commitment shown by firms, teams, and individuals working in our industry.
UKCCC was named Conference of the Year at the TAF Best Practice Awards 2017.
The UKCCC has established itself as a flagship event for the debt recovery and collections sector that continues to grow in influence with a unique range of speakers.
The entire event was impeccably organised and provided a fantastic opportunity to foster connections among attendees. The connections I made will undoubtedly be invaluable as we navigate the ever-evolving landscape of the debt industry. I look forward to next year with great anticipation!
