Harvey Watson

Learning & Development Director

Harvey joined the CSA in 2018 having spent 31 years in the financial services sector in high profile senior leadership roles. Having worked as the Senior Tutor for the CSA for the last five years Harvey is now the CSA Learning & Development director with responsibility for the strategy and leadership of apprenticeships and commercial training in a highly regulated Independent Training Provider environment.

Harvey is our Designated Safeguarding Lead and looks after the health and welfare of all of our apprentices.

Strategic Advisor - Learning & Development

Fiona has more than 35 years' experience in learning and organisation development. She has had senior operational and business development roles, managing training and education requirements for private and public sector clients.

Appointed as Head of Learning and Development for the CSA in January 2015, Fiona is now Strategic Advisor for Learning & Development.

Zoe Dellow

Learning & Development Operations Manager

Zoe came to the CSA in 2018 bringing with her many years of experience working for Santander designing, and delivering training solutions across the UK. Zoe brings a unique combination of energy, a passion for developing people and the ability to respond with skill to the needs of tutors, employers and learners.

As well as designing and delivering Collections training for our apprentices, Zoe has overall responsibility for the quality of the learning experience of our apprentices. She ensures all CSA learners are engaged in a high-quality apprenticeship from enrolment through to completion.

Zoe supports the tutors and coaches with regular learner focussed progress reviews, observation, coaching and feedback and preparing and distributing reports for employers. Zoe is Deputy Safeguarding Officer and has direct responsibility for the functional skills delivery team.

Arran has over nine year's experience working in the Education and Skills sector and comes primarily from a funding and audit background.

Arran joined the CSA in 2017 as the Apprenticeships Coordinator to support with the launch and running of the CSA's apprenticeships. He is responsible for contract managing, funding, and the day-to-day operating of our Apprenticeship programmes.

MI & Analytics Manager

Colin is responsible for providing technical systems expertise to the team, and keeping the company up to date digitally. He also takes the lead for the business on data analysis and reporting, ensuring that the CSA is strategically focused and makes informed choices. Colin also oversees the CSA’s Collector Accreditation Initiative (CAI).

Business Development Manager

Dianne joined CSA’s Learning and Development Team in January 2023 to promote its apprenticeship programmes to Local Authorities and regulated organisations. A passionate people person with more than 30 years B2B global experience encompassing training, marketing and business development across a wide range of industries including public sector, financial services, graphic arts and education, Dianne is uniquely placed to support CSA Learning’s loyal customer base and new clients on their apprenticeship journeys.

Digital Learning Coordinator

Jamie came to the CSA in 2021 to assist with developing CSA Learning’s apprenticeship standards. He helped introduce the Collections Learning Initiative (CLI) and has continued developing digital training modules, including Consumer Duty, Customers in Vulnerable Situations, and assisting Samaritans with creating the recent Supportive Listening module.

Jamie has monitored advancements in technology, including Artificial Intelligence, to identify potential benefits and risks to the Debt Collection Industry.

Jamie uses his knowledge and skills to produce high-quality digital training material for both members and apprentices.

Curriculum & Quality Manager

Lisa is responsible for managing the development, implemention and continuous improvement of the curriculum. Additionally, she provides tutor support and coaching to enhance student learning outcomes.

Anya joined the CSA in 2023 and provides support across the Learning and Development department, focusing on learner enrolment and additional learning support.

Katie joined the CSA in 2024 oversees policies and procedures, and assists with safeguarding, compliance and project management.
