CSA Level 3 Award, Certificate and Diploma for the Debt Collection Industry
The CSA Level 3 training programme is an Ofqual regulated, nationally-recognised qualification which has been achieved by over 500 people to date.

The programme can be split into an Award, a Certificate or a Diploma, and each option is designed as a standalone qualification.
 
The full Diploma is an industry-recognised qualification that offers proof of knowledge and the skills required to function as a proficient professional within the debt collection industry. It is designed to provide the learner with a wide scope of knowledge regarding the entire debt collection industry, and an in-depth understanding of how legislation, industry regulations, standards and guidance provides a framework for compliance. The learner will also explore in more detail how compliance process systems are integrated into debt recovery organisational working practices.

This flexible programme is delivered remotely as distance learning and is supported by a study guide, resources available in the CSA e-Learning Academy, and remote tutor support.

We are also happy to tailor in-house programmes for firms however a minimum number of student enrolments would be required.

The CSA Level 3 Diploma for the Debt Collection Industry is also available to study via distance learning, enabling students to benefit from greater flexibility.
