CSA Apprenticeship Academy

The CSA is an approved Apprenticeship Training Provider specialising in the delivery of apprenticeship training in Credit and Collections, and Compliance and Risk. 

You can find us on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) here.

Our apprenticeship training is designed and delivered by a team of Financial Services, Risk and Compliance training and coaching professionals, who combine extensive industry knowledge and understanding with highly developed training, coaching and assessment expertise.

CSA Apprenticeships are available across England for Apprenticeship Levy paying employers.

  • Regular reports on the progress of your apprenticeships and access to help, information and support from our dedicated apprenticeship support.
  • Integration and mapping of your own policies, procedures, training content, competence frameworks into the apprenticeship programmes to ensure relevance and business impact of your apprentices.
  • Innovative approaches to learning which add real value to your business that stretch and challenge your apprentices.
