CSA Members' Meeting & AGM

The CSA Members’ Meeting & AGM is a closed “members only” meeting and enables members to share best practice and attend sessions detailing industry updates and developments, as well as offering networking opportunities with fellow members.

CSA Full Members also have the opportunity to influence the future of the Association by casting their votes at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Opening Keynote - Gerald Ashley, Business Decision and Strategy Expert 

A former banker, now a risk and behaviour expert, Gerald will look at risk from a business perspective an seek to challenge the classical economic models which attempt to predict behaviour with linear rational processes. 

 

Building and maintaining a cyber security culture - Robin Jones, Head of Technology, Resilience & Cyber at the FCA

Robin has nearly 17 years regulatory experience, working in policy, risk analysis, IT and change delivery and, most recently, supervision. He leads the Technology, Resilience and Cyber specialists department in Supervision. The team provides insight, technical knowledge and support to frontline supervisors and other FCA staff, so that we better understand firms’ use of technology, the opportunities it brings and the potential harm it could cause. The department seeks to take a proactive approach to assessing firms’ resilience and also leads the FCA’s response to major incidents when IT outages or cyber-attacks occur.
