CSA appoints new Coordinator to support members in exploiting the Apprenticeship Levy
24 July 2017
The Credit Services Association (CSA), the voice of the UK debt collection and purchase industry, has appointed Arran Hope as its Apprenticeship Coordinator.
Arran’s appointment follows the Association’s successful inclusion on the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) - meaning that the CSA is approved to deliver apprenticeship training for employers paying the Apprenticeship Levy.
He will be the central point of contact regarding the CSA’s delivery of apprenticeships in Collections, Credit Control, and Compliance at Levels 2 to 6.
Arran has worked in the Skills and Training sector for seven years, and is pleased to be joining an organisation with such a positive reputation for delivering sector-specific qualifications: “My role as CSA Apprenticeship Coordinator captures elements of my previous positions, but it provides new scope to apply my experience in order to provide high-quality apprenticeships to CSA members and the wider industry,” he says.
Fiona Macaskill, Head of Learning and Development at the CSA welcomes the CSA’s commitment to providing industry-led apprenticeships: “Arran’s appointment further improves our capacity and capability to deliver high-quality apprenticeship training which will prove to be key to our members as they seek a real return on investment for the new Apprenticeship Levy.”
