CSA Workshop 8 - Optimising your brain

To replace the CSA's 2020 UK Credit & Collections Conference (UKCCC) conference programme, we are running a series of virtual workshops throughout September to December, and these workshops will cover topics members will be used to seeing when attending the day of our annual event. Each workshop will be 60 minutes long and will be hosted on Zoom. We are running ten workshops in total.

Workshop 8 - Optimising your brain to help you think better

John Sunderland-Wright, Ultima Performance Ltd

Member feedback

I really enjoyed the workshop and having the opportunity to chat with like-minded people facing the same or similar challenges in the industry.
Jacqueline McConnell (STA International)

"This was my first event, and I found it very informative, so thank you to all concerned.
Sharon Burt (Capital Resolve Ltd)

Fantastic to hear other companies' points of view and approach to differing situations."
Brian Moore (BPO)

“ It was nice to engage with other people in the same industry and to discuss the challenges we are all facing, particularly during these uncertain times. The workshop provided an opportunity for me to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and the developments that can be made to make complaint handling not just more efficient but more palatable for complainants.
Dionne Effiong (Shoosmiths)

“ I find these CSA events very helpful and insightful. In these very different times, I have to say the CSA are keeping the member firms at their core and well informed."
Alan King (PRA Group)

“ A very informative, engaging and well-presented session."
Bob Kingdon, Director of Compliance (Intrum UK)

We are also offering a bulk discount per member firm where you may book five or ten workshops saving £50/£100 (as applicable). These discounts are only applicable if you purchase five or ten workshops within a single transaction.

Note: If booking more than one workshop within a single transaction, you may send different people to the workshops, the same person does not have to attend each workshop.

A link and password will then be sent to you shortly before any workshop(s) you have registered for.
