This workshop will be hosted by the CSA Head of Policy, Henry Aitchison, and will cover the following:

Jacqueline McConnell (STA International)
"This was my first event, and I found it very informative, so thank you to all concerned.”
Sharon Burt (Capital Resolve Ltd)

Brian Moore (BPO)
“ It was nice to engage with other people in the same industry and to discuss the challenges we are all facing, particularly during these uncertain times. The workshop provided an opportunity for me to take a step back and look at the bigger picture and the developments that can be made to make complaint handling not just more efficient but more palatable for complainants.”
Dionne Effiong (Shoosmiths)
“ I find these CSA events very helpful and insightful. In these very different times, I have to say the CSA are keeping the member firms at their core and well informed."
