A brief introduction to CSA
The CSA is the trade association for debt collection and the debt purchase industry. A trade association is a not for profit organisation funded by its member companies who pay an annual fee to join. This fee is invested toward activities which represent the views and interests of members to key industry stakeholders such as Government and regulators, also referred to as lobbying.

We represent over 250 members who are active in debt collection, debt purchase and other allied services. Our members are in contact with over six million households on a daily basis.
