City & Guilds Diploma in Debt Collection has now been running for seven years (and has recently been extended across two universities); and covers the full spectrum of collection activities. It includes a fundamental understanding of debt collection and collection methods, through to more specific areas of collection law and insolvency.

Every course is run with the delegates in mind and delivered in a friendly and practical environment by our recognised team of highly qualified tutors, all of whom have current experience of the UK and international marketplace. This is training for professionals, by professionals.

CSA and City & Guilds are working together to offer a unique opportunity to promote best practice within the debt collecting industry by achieving a fully accredited qualification developed specifically for management, supervisory and operational staff. Over 250 students have gained diploma accreditation since the start of the course in 1999.
