
Steve Lewis FICM
Stephen Lewis is a Director of LPL Commercial Investigations, a debt collection and allied services firm of 28 years standing.
Stephen is Past President of the Credit Services Association and sits on the CSA Council, He is Chairman of Training Services for the CSA and is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Management.
Through the CSA he represents the industry on the Better Payment Practice Group Committee as well as several Government working parties looking at legislation affecting debt collection and credit in the UK and Europe.
Stephen is a co-author of the CSA/City and Guilds Debt Collection Diploma Course and is actively involved in its presentation at the Open University and Manchester Business School.

Godfrey Lancashire ACIB FICM
Godfrey is a founder and Managing Director of London House (Services) Ltd, Banking, Legal, Insurance Investigators and Consultants.
His earlier career involved 25 years with Barclays Bank including positions as a Corporate Manager and latterly as Project Manager – Risk Management. During his time with Barclays Bank, Godfrey was also senior instructor at their Management Training Centre.
He has considerable experience of the Credit Industry with particular focus on collections and recovery operations.
Godfrey is a Director and President of the Credit Services Association and a tutor and examiner on the CSA/City & Guilds Diploma Course. He is also a Fellow of the ICM and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.

Cliff Poole FICM
Cliff Poole is a business consultant within the debt recovery industry, and is the founder and Managing Director of UK Search Limited a company that provides an innovative range of services for the collection world and are market leaders in professional tracing activities.
Cliff’s earlier career involved heading up a number of large collection businesses including; Downland Debt Recovery Limited, FCA (UK) Limited, Debt Managers Limited and The Oxford Contact Group.
He works closely with, and is a consultant for, both the Institute of Credit Management (ICM) of which he is a Fellow and also Experian the credit reference agency. He has been a past President of the CSA. He was also a founder member of the Civil Courts Users Association.

Anthony Sharp
Anthony Sharp runs his own consultancy business - Anthony Sharp Associates. The company formed in 1999 specialises in training, compliance issues, liaison consultancy and general administration consultancy in the consumer credit marketplace. Anthony appears regularly as a lecturer and conference chair.
His earlier work experience includes three years with Barclays International, twelve years with the Church of England Children’s Society and two years with the NSPCC as national fund raising organiser. Eight years with Bentalls Plc where he progressed to Group Credit Manager was followed by five years as Group Credit Control Manager for Asprey Plc. He joined the Consumer Credit Trade Association in 1986 as Deputy Director, where he created and ran a successful Training Operation for some 13 years. .

Jacky Cooper
Jacky has almost 30 years experience of working in Debt Collection initially with Freemans Home Shopping managing Downland Debt Recovery , then as Head of Consumer Operations for the Logic Group PLC and currently as Divisional Director of P&A Debt Recovery, part of P&A Receivables Services plc.
She is a Director of the Credit Services Association and a member of the CSA Training Team . Jacky is also Secretary of the Civil Court Users Association .
She is a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Management and is a member of her local Branch Committee.
Her hobbies include walking in the countryside and visiting the theatre but mainly spending time with her seven grandchildren!
