We can often assume that because we work within the collections industry that those around us, our colleagues and staff, also have a clear understanding of the industry and what is going on – but what about new employees? Or Marketing staff, or even HR colleagues, who have a broad understanding but no clear definition?

The Credit Services Association are on hand to help -  with our forthcoming Public Course, looking at “An Introduction to the Debt Collection Industry”.  The course aims to look at the debt collecting industry within which collectors work and to help promote best practice for debt collectors, their companies and their clients.

The Credit Services Association believes heavily in the skills and development of the industry and through the Public Courses we are able to meet those skills gaps.  The objective of the training is for experienced trainers to pass on the knowledge and enthusiasm necessary to help improve the contribution delegates can make to the success of the collections function.

The course is set to take place in London, on the 23rd April, we are already taking bookings so to secure your place simply fill in the booking form attached and fax back to: 0191 286 0900.
