Welcome to the CSA Training Services website. I would like to introduce our training services which are available to both members and non- members, in fact anyone that requires our specialism in training.

We provide a comprehensive, flexible and vast range of training courses. From the ever popular diploma course to our bespoke In-House training, designed specifically for your company- which are delivered by experienced professionals from the industry. The training will suit all budgets and requirements and we are here to help with all aspects of training identification through to delivery and evaluation. Resulting in correctly and more efficiently trained staff, this is a solution that will be worth investing in.

Our education services offer a wide range of training courses  to suit your business and personal needs. We offer our City and Guilds Diploma course for the Debt Collecting Industry, In- House training and public courses.

Public Courses currently running:

• Trace and Investigation- London 11th December. How to find those Gone aways- this course is aimed at exploring and clarifying the latest issues with regard to the tracing of debtors.

• Marketing Your Business and Winning Clients- London 3rd and 4th March 2009. (2 day course that is run together, day one- how to market your business and day two -how to follow up on your leads and close the deal!)
