Testimonials
Some feedback from past students.....
'The benefits of this Diploma for my colleague and I were two fold, to enhance our existing experience and knowledge of the industry and to add more credibility to the Company for potential new clients in the future.
We both found the whole experience challenging and informative, as neither of us had studied for some years. The tutorials were fun and relevant and I personally did not feel I would have been able to pass the exams without them.
The quality and knowledge of the tutors throughout the course were second to none. I also emailed a couple of times during the course for some advice and they were always happy to help.'

"A really worthwhile course - very friendly and knowledgeable tutors who covered a wide variety of subjects relating to debt collection and were always available for questions or advice. The seminars were interesting and lively with plenty of time for debate and the lunches were fabulous! Thank goodness I passed too as the Gala Dinner where I collected my certificate was a night to remember! I thoroughly enjoyed the course and would recommend it to anyone looking to gain an overview of the debt collecting industry."

'I found the course very interesting, largely due to the speakers who kept it lively by telling us stories from their own personal experiences. This was much more interesting, and far more relevant, than other courses I have been on, which have consisted of too much theory and too little practical content.
The information in the study book was also clear and concise, greatly aiding the study process!'

" I enjoyed the CSA Diploma course from start to finish. I found it valuable for my experience and knowledge of the Debt Collection Industry and after successfully passing the course, i now feel i have a greater and deeper understanding of the Industry.
The course was not an easy one, very hard in fact. I found that i had to remember things i had learned when i was at school and college in regards to revising and learning. Very hard when I haven’t done that in over 10yrs.
All of the tutors were friendly, positive, vastly knowledgeable of the industry and happy to share and/or debate their views and experiences in the industry.
In the end, after passing the course, we were treated to an amazing graduation dinner by the CSA. This was a great opportunity to meet friends you had made during the course and also other interesting figures within the industry, and of course collect your Diploma certificate. All the hard work i had done had finally paid off."
I would like to thank the CSA for the experience i have gained and i especially single out Mr Anthony Sharp, who provided great guidance not only to me but to all the students who attended the course at

'Just to confirm that I found the course extremely enjoyable and interesting, however the exam was a bit stressful to say the least.
I Have been involved in the business for 12 years now and I suppose I went into the course thinking I know all this stuff.
But it was amazing the different things I learned and picked up along the way, I now feel that I have achieved more knowledge of the business throughout.
Overall I feel it is a good course for any employee to go on to improve their own personal knowledge of the Business to boost their own personal knowledge of the industry and can only help the company that the individual Works for.'
