CCUA - Civil Court Users Association - Our purpose is to promote a better Court Service for our Members and all other court users, by liaison with the Ministry of Justice (formerly the DCA) and Her Majesty’s Courts Service.

The Association is involved across the litigation spectrum, including consumer and commercial, High Court and County, enforcement and insolvency.


Citizen Advice - The Citizens Advice service helps people resolve their legal, money and other problems by providing free, independent and confidential advice, and by influencing policymakers.

COBRA Corporate Solutions - Through membership of the CSA and DBSG members can take advantage of a specially negotiated professional indemnity scheme.

It is highly recommended that all companies operating in the debt servicing industry carry Professional Indemnity Insurance. In conjunction with the CSA, COBRA Corporate Solutions have developed a very competitive solution to this.

Companies House - The main functions of Companies House are to: incorporate and dissolve limited companies; examine and store company information delivered under the Companies Act and related legislation; and make this information available to the public.

Credit Collections & Risk -Credit Collections & Risk (CCR) is the leading editorial publication for senior professionals in the credit and collections industry.

Credit Today - Credit Today, the UK's leading credit industry magazine, is read by 50,000 credit professionals each month and its website welcomes 8,000 unique visitors each week.

FENCA - The CSA is a member of FENCA (Federation of European National Collection Associations) helping to promote international trading and provide representation toward the governing bodies of the European Union, lobbying at the highest government levels.

Financial Ombudsman Service - It’s our job to settle individual complaints between consumers and businesses providing financial services. We were set up by parliament to do this – as independent experts – and our service is free to consumers.

Information Commissioner - The Information Commissioner's Office is the UK's independent authority set up to promote access to official information and to protect personal information.

National Debtline  -The helpline that provides free confidential and independent advice on how to deal with debt problems.  We offer debt advice for people living in different parts of the country.

Office of Fair Trading - The OFT's mission is to make markets work well for consumers. We achieve this by promoting and protecting consumer interests throughout the UK, while ensuring that businesses are fair and competitive.

The Better Payment Practice Group - The Better Payment Practice Group was established to promote a better payment culture within the UK and urges all firms to adopt a responsible attitude to paying on time.

The Institute of Credit Management - The Institute of Credit Management (ICM) - is the largest professional credit management organisation in Europe. It represents the credit profession across trade, consumer and export credit, as well as related activities.
