Code of Practice
It is essential that all members follow our Code of Practice. The code has become the benchmark for the collections industry, playing a central part in the creation of the OFT Debt Collection Guidance.
Our Code of Practice guarantees that the very highest standards are applied by our members; this not only adds value to the collections industry but adds confidence to your business, giving your current and potential clients the confidence that they can expect the very highest standards from your company. In fact, most creditors will not instruct a non CSA member to collect for them.

MEMBERS OBLIGATIONS
Members obligations under the code are fairly self explanatory, however if you do have any specific queries the Membership and Compliance Department are on hand to assist.
