Members of the Association will now be aware of the jurisdiction the Financial Ombudsman Service now has over the Debt Servicing Industry. As part of these new rules, all members of the Association are required to send out one of the Complaint information leaflets in their final response letter.

These leaflets originally had to be purchased from the FOS, however the Association has now been granted permission to re-produce these for members of the Association.
