CSA Shortlisted for Training Provider of the Year Award
The Credit Services Association has been shortlisted as the Training Provider of the Year in the 2017 Collection & Customer Services Awards for its commitment to delivering quality learning and development opportunities to the debt collection industry.
In a year that has seen the CSA become an Approved Apprenticeship Training Provider for Compliance, Credit and Collections and Leadership and Management Apprenticeships, the Association has continued to develop and deliver a wide range of qualifications and initiatives. These include the launch of a new e-Learning package, known as CSA Compliance Essentials, to deliver ‘bite size’ chunks of e-Learning to the learner’s desktop, with content refreshed on a monthly basis.
Fiona Macaskill, Head of Learning and Development at the CSA, is pleased the Association has been recognised for supporting more than 500 learners over the last four years: “This is the first time we have entered into any Awards for our training services so it is encouraging to be shortlisted.
“Praise should go to the highly skilled tutors who support and challenge the students but also the administration team who process all the many enquiries about our services.”
The Collection & Customer Service Awards ceremony will take place on 22 November 2017 at The Midland Hotel, Manchester.
