The Credit Services Association (CSA)
CSA wins MemCom award
The Credit Services Association’s Journey to the FCA campaign has been named the Best PR Campaign category in the 2014 MemCom Awards.
The awards, that recognise professional membership organisations for excellence in communications, held at an awards ceremony in London on 30 April.
CSA vice president John Ricketts is delighted that the Association’s work during one of the most challenging periods in the industry’s history has been recognised: “It is a testament to all the hard work of everyone at the CSA, and our communication partners Gravity London
who helped to devise and implement the plan, that we have won this prestigious award,” he said.
“The transition of power for the regulation of consumer credit from the OFT to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in April 2014 was one of the toughest communications challenges we ever faced,” he added, “and our job continues.”
MemCom is a resource for membership bodies, charities and NFPs. MemCom was founded in 2002, with the first annual membership marketing and awards conference taking place that year.
