CSA Investor in Customers assessment - thank you for sharing your thoughts.
Thank you to those who took part in our recent Investor in Customers (IIC) assessment that will ultimately help enhance the CSA member experience. Results from the assessment will assist us in evaluating our current performance and identify areas for future improvement.
It is important to us that our members’ voices are heard and we appreciate the honest feedback provided. In collaboration with IIC, we are currently collecting data, interpreting the results, and determining what it all means. The output will help inform the CSA’s strategic plan, which we will share in due course.
